What is MFI's subscription service?

With MFI Medical's subscribe and save program, you can get your favorite products on delivered to you on a regular basis and save 5% while doing so! You select the frequency, between 1 and 6 months, and we take care of everything else. You can even modify the shipment date if the delivery date does not work for you; you have complete control. Not all products are eligible for a subscription. If a product is eligible, you will see a regular "One-time purchase" price as well as a "Subscribe & save 5%" price on the product page. There is no obligation, and you can modify or cancel your subscription anytime.

How does it work?

To subscribe and save on a product:

  1. Find the product on
  2. Select the "Subscribe & save 5%" price.
  3. Select the frequency you would like the product to be delivered from the drop-down options. You can select between 1 and 6 months.
  4. Be sure you have the correct size, color, or configuration selected if there are multiple options for the product.
  5. Click "Add to cart".
  6. Continue shopping to add more products to your cart or proceed to checkout if done shopping.
  7. Place your order. You will receive an email confirmation for both your order as well as your subscription.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can easily manage or cancel your subscription from your online portal. First, sign on to your online MFI Medical account. Then, click on "Manage Subscription" on the left-hand menu. You may also manage your subscription through the link provided in your confirmation email when you signed up for the subscription.

Is there a charge for the subscription service or to cancel the service?

No charge or cost associated with our subscription service or to cancel. There is no obligation and you can modify or cancel your subscription anytime.

I'm not sure what I ordered last time and I want to subscribe and save. How can I find my last ordered product?

To find the last product you ordered, log on to your online account and click on "Orders" on the left-hand menu. You will see your previous orders where you can find the name and SKU of products you have ordered before. You can also see products you have previously seen on by clicking on "Recently viewed items".

What if I need to return?

Our standard return policy applies to all products, including products under subscription. Please check the individual product page to ensure the product you subscribed to is eligible for returns. For more information please visit our returns and cancellation policy page.
