Does MFI take orders over the phone?

Yes, our medical specialists are available to answer all of your questions, process orders over the phone, and send a formal quotation for you to review at your convenience. Does MFI accept purchase orders?

Yes! MFI offers terms to approved customers. The approval process is quick and easy. To be approved for terms, new customers please email or fax a copy of a purchase order.

Orders placed with a purchase order as payment can be done online, by email, or by fax.

  • Online orders: Select "Bill me | Net Terms or Other Payment" as payment during checkout. You may enter your PO number under "Order Instructions" in your cart summary (before entering checkout).
  • Email: Email your purchase order to orders@mfimedical.com, and our team will process your order. You will receive an email confirmation with your sales order number. Please be sure there is a correct and accurate email address for order notifications on the PO.
  • Fax: Purchase orders can also be faxed to (858) 831-7721, and our team will process your order. You will receive an email confirmation with your sales order number. Please be sure there is a correct and accurate email address for order notifications on the PO.

What forms of payment does MFI accept?

Does MFI process international orders?

Yes, MFI Medical sells and ships worldwide. Orders can be placed online or through email. Acceptable payments include bank wire, credit card, and PayPal. Shipping costs will calculate at checkout after you enter all items and the complete shipping address.

To place an international order by email, please email desired products (with product numbers, if possible) and respective quantities with complete shipping address and contact information to your account manager. Upon receipt of this information, our team will reach out with any questions and provide a quotation and payment instructions.

Shipping for international orders will vary on destination and total weight of the order. For international shipping costs, please visit our shipping policy page for prices. Please keep in mind that MFI Medical does not employ customs brokers. International customers are responsible for any duties, customs, and other charges related to international shipments.

Does MFI offer financing options?

MFI Medical has partnered with Marlin Capital Solutions and PayPal Credit to offer special financing options. Marlin Capital Solutions serves businesses in the healthcare, construction, food service, and many other sectors. PayPal Credit is available to all customers.

Business Customers: Please visit our financing page for more information and a link to Marlin's "Fastrak" application.

Individual Consumers: PayPal Credit offers no interest if paid in full in 6 months on purchases of $99 or more. With PayPal Credit, you can easily checkout with your PayPal Credit account from the MFI Medical checkout screen. For more information and to apply please visit the PayPal Credit website.

Does MFI Medical accept insurance, Medicare/Medi-Cal?

Unfortunately at this time, MFI Medical is unable to accept insurance as a form of payment. However, if your insurance provider provides reimbursement options please let us know if we may assist with any official quotes or pricing.

Shipping & Order Tracking Questions

How can I check my order status?

You can log in to your account portal to see the status of your order! Your online account portal will have your order information, order status, and tracking information if available.

Tracking numbers are automatically emailed as soon as they are available. Order must be processed and then shipped before tracking information is available. MFI does notify you if there are any delays longer than the stated estimated delivery date, providing alternative options, as available.

Are expedited shipping options available?

If you're facing a time constraint, please select an expedited shipping option during checkout. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Additional costs will depend on the total amount of items, the destination, and the delivery time selected. Please keep in mind shipping costs are imposed by the carrier, and MFI cannot alter or adjust the cost of expedited shipping.

Does MFI ship internationally?

Yes, MFI ships internationally on a daily basis!

Please keep in mind, MFI is not responsible for duties, customs, and other charges related to international shipments.

We recommend that our international customers contact their local authorities to calculate these charges and make sure that the goods can be imported into their country. MFI can also ship with a customers' shipping account, send dimensions and weight for a shipping label, or ship to a shipping forwarder in the U.S.

Which shipping carriers does MFI use?

Depending on the equipment and where it is being shipped, we may use UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, R&L Carriers, STI Van Lines, and more.

We ensure our customers receive their equipment in a timely manner and with the best price available but are always happy to select your preferred carrier for shipping if desired.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number can be found in the email we send you after your order has been processed and shipped. Tracking numbers can take 1-2 business days to receive after your order ships. You may also log on to your online account portal to see the status of your order and any tracking information if available.

Warranty, Return, & Cancellation Questions

What is the warranty on products sold by MFI?

Warranties vary by product and manufacturer. Warranty information can be found on each product page. Please refer to individual product pages for their full respective warranty information.

Does MFI offer replacements and exchanges?

Yes, you can create replacement and exchange orders by emailing info@mfimedical.com.

If you received a damaged or defective item please get in touch with our team as soon as possible to receive a replacement. Additionally, MFI is willing to exchange the item for another in order to guarantee your satisfaction.

How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order by filling out a cancellation request. There is no penalty for cancellation of an order prior to shipment, however, this does not apply to special/custom orders.

What is MFI Medical's return policy?

The return period for returnable products is 30 days from the date of delivery. No merchandise may be returned without prior written authorization by MFI.

Certified Refurbished Equipment Questions

Does certified refurbished equipment come with a certificate of conformance?

MFI strives to lessen our environmental impact through the limited use of paper, however, we are able to provide a certificate of conformance for your medical equipment purchase upon special request. You can add this request to the comments on your order during checkout, or email your request to info@mfimedical.com.

Does certified refurbished equipment come with a guarantee?

Yes! All certified refurbished equipment includes a warranty as well as the MFI Certified Guarantee. With this guarantee, you are eligible for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receiving the product if it does not work as expected. This guarantee is in conjunction with MFI’s standard return policy that applies to most products.

During the life of your warranty, MFI is available to assist with any warranty claims and service. Additional extended warranties may also be purchased online.
